  • Click the Dropbox link provided in your purchase confirmation email.
  • The file will download directly to your device; no Dropbox account is required.

Password:

  • The password to open the PDF is your email address in all lowercase letters (e.g., name@example.com).
  • Note: This is not your email account password.
Device-Specific Instructions

Mac:

  • Locate the file in your Downloads folder via Finder.
  • Open with Preview or Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Ensure your PDF reader is updated for encrypted files.
  • Download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Windows PC:

  • Navigate to your Downloads folder via File Explorer.

  • If you prefer not to install the app, you can access your book or audiobook through the BookFunnel Cloud Reader.
  • Log in with your email address to read or listen directly in your browser.

Didn’t Receive the BookFunnel Email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Ensure you’re checking the email account used for the purchase.

Issues with the BookFunnel App:

  • Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.

Hardcover Edition

Shipping Details
  • Hardcovers are shipped within 1 business days of your order.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your order’s progres
What to Do If You Don’t Receive Your Hardcover
